Now I'm a C and haven't bought a new one, but definetly need a C. I've squeezed them into the B a few times, but it ain't pretty 😅 So I'd say true to size. As long as you follow directions, they seem to last a good while.</p> <p>Wanted to add that I don't think you could go too big, though. It would just be the difference between full and partial coverage. I buy a new pair every spring and can use them until the end of the summer. I've gotten mine from Dillards and even Target. Both worked just the same for me though.
