From the article is sounds like she signed away all rights to the use of her image and her name, so in a situation like this I think it will be difficult for her to find a leg to stand on. That's the risk she took when she decided to help other moms. I think it was a noble thing to do, but a contract wouldn't have offered her much protection. And someone took terrible advantage of her. But I would NEVER sign something I didn't read. Particularly a contract with people who have images of my breasts.
