They called and confirmed and then scheduled my 6w u/s. I was scheduled for 14dpo betas when seeing an RE, but got pg on our own and just scheduled our first appt/ultrasound for 7 weeks. Home pregnancy tests are so reliable now that they really don't need to confirm the pregnancy.
