@cvbee: so, they would keep crying when we left them in the crib. we would always pick them up and they'd stop. well, that was getting TOO tiring, so i made sure that we soothed them without picking them up. and that's pretty much it! lol. i'd pat their backs, kiss them, gently rub their heads. did that for a few days. got my MIL to help (she was picking them up a lot too!) but got her on the same page. now, they need less soothing. i watch them from the crib. then i move to the bed (they can't see me). go to them when they start crying or whimpering. then random times, they'd fall asleep on their own! i still need to soothe them for a bit if they're not that tired. but they're sleeping longer and better! i feel SOOOOOOO GOOD! making them cry did not seem to work with my girl. she'd get worse and worse.

my girl did wake up a few times now, but it's cuz she keeps losing her paci so i just stick it back in and she's good to go. i guess i have to figure out how i can wean her off pacis in bed lol.

@Rubies: yup, sleeping in the same room. believe it or not, they don't really wake each other up if they're in a deep sleep. but if they haven't settle down yet, they keep each other going! lol. well they were when we were trying to CIO. but at night, when one cries out or something, the other is still sleeping.

@Mrs. Bee: yeah, i've been reading and reading a LOT over the past few days/weeks about sleep training twins lol.

Wow, I really think it's working! For the first time (in ever?), my twins have both fallen asleep in their cribs and haven't woken up so far! They usually wake up a few times by now. So excited! Plus, they took 2 hour naps - TWO of them today! What da!
