Totally normal. Your hormones are going to react differently when your sweet baby is latched vs. a machine. When I nurse LO I definitely feel the letdown after a minute or so, but when I pump I never feel it even though there is milk flowing. Is this pretty normal? Is pumping more efficient if you do feel letdown? </p>
