Thanks for all the feedback ladies! I took 8 Fenugreek capsules total, yesterday, and finally felt a letdown today. Good to know that doesn't mean no more milk. :)

I never felt a letdown and my boobs stopped getting regularly engorged around 6 months. LO is 13 months and nurses constantly.

I haven't felt letdown since around the time we started solids (couple months ago). And I only get 2-3 oz if I pump in the morning. If I try in the evening, I only get 1/2 oz too. But LO is still happy and growing and I think that's all that matters.

@shopaholic: can you remind me again how old your LO is? I didn't feel a letdown from about 7 months on, and I nursed her until she was two years old. I stopped pumping when she was six months old so I have no idea how much I was producing. If your LO is a little older (like over a year), I wouldn't worry and would just trust your body that you're producing enough. Plus, they can start drinking whole milk so if you're really worried she's not getting enough, you could offer a little milk in a sippy after nursing.

I honestly can't remember the last time I really felt a let down...probably a year ago? She night weaned (generally) around a year old and I haven't felt engorged since then...even with longer than normal breaks between nursing sessions.

Meh, I haven't pumped in 6 months, haven't felt engorged since night weaning and we're at 2x a day unless she has a crazy night/day and it's a last resort. She's happy to nurse even though I feel empty so I know she's getting something!

I haven't felt a letdown in maybe 5 months? I haven't pumped in 6 months. LO is still nursing 2-3 times a day at 17 months old. My breast size has also gotten smaller. I wondered if there was even any milk in there so I squeezed and some did come out.

Is she still happy? And not fussy after nursing like she wants more? Sometimes DS takes a while to nurse and sometimes it's like 2 mins. He still seems content so I haven't worried too much about it. He does drink almond milk though.

I haven't felt a letdown in days, maybe a week even? We still BF 4xs a day since I stay at home. I've noticed my breast size has gotten considerably smaller. LO eats solids, but still doesn't drink other milk. She has a lot of yogurt, but doesn't like to take more than a sip or two of the almond milk I've offered her.

When I squeeze, I still get milk, but when I pump, I can't even get 1/2 oz. K used to nurse 3-5 min. on one side. But even now, she will happily go 7+ min. AND take the other side as well. I've been taking Fenugreek for the past 2 days, but still no letdown. As in, no prominent gulping sounds. I think she is trying, but not that much comes out?

Does this sound like my body is starting to wean, even if LO isn't refusing? I wasn't expecting my body to be the one to end our BF'ing journey before LO or I decided to.
