My doctor told me that its a fallacy and unproven that MS=less miscarriage risk. I didnt have ANY pregnancy symptoms till the boobs came from weeks 8-10, then they went away. AND, I had a fabulous ultrasound yesterday where the doctor said everything looked wonderful and that she felt our risk of miscarriage was VERY low and she was comfortable if we wanted to start to tell people! I never really had MS for both of my daughters' pregnancies. I can count on one hand the times I felt nauseous/vomited for both times combined. Once each time it was due to taking prenatals on an empty stomach, so those don't even count. Like you, I had some bouts of nausea here and there. Then, at like 12 weeks, I started to have more severe nausea, and more frequently. It was never actually bad enough to vomit though. It's died down some, but it's still there at least once a day. If it makes you feel any better, I read somewhere that you're more likely to have MS if your mom did with her pregnancy.
