I dislike no nap days because the rest of the afternoon/evening is rough, and sometimes she is thrown off the next day.

When my DD doesn't nap she goes to bed an hour earlier - so instead of 7 its 6pm.

She sleeps well at night and is happy again the next day!

DS takes 1 nap a day usually around 1hr 15min. Yesterday we were with family and he refused his nap. Yesterday went pretty well but today is awful! He slept as usual last night but it such a cranky bear today! I wish we had a Starbucks next door!

When your LO skips naps, does it make the next day terrible???
