We have an iPlay toddler floppy hat that ties too, it works great! This is about the only brand that works for us. So you could get a big size then cinch the head band to fit and tie the chin strap! He haaaates anything being on his head :-( I always use sun lick and he has lots of hair but I feel like a bad mom taking him out without a hat on! </p>
