Put a few chicken breasts in the crock pot. Pour a jar of salsa, can of corn, can of black beans over the top. cook on low for 6 hrs. serve over rice.

Another favorite recipe is a Chuck roast. Sprinkle a packet of ranch dressing mix and a packet of Italian dressing mix over the meat. Pour can of beef broth on top. cook on low 8 hours.

I love tacos!

Throw in can of black beans, can of tomato sauce, 3 tbsp tomato paste, taco seasoning, and a can of jalapeños. Rub a chuck roast with salt, pepper, and taco seasoning and put it in the crockpot over the black bean mixture. Heat on high for 4-5 hrs or low for 8-9 hrs. Pair with tortillas, salsa, guacamole, and cheese. Easy and delish!

One of my favorite things I make in my slow cooker: peel baking potatoes, cut into thirds and rub them with tomato paste. Cover the bottom of the cooker with potatoes and then place a whole chicken on top (seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic and lemon) and drizzle olive oil over everything and cook it on low for about 8 hours.

Really? I've never come across a recipe that uses cream of chicken. I like to make beans or pulled pork (southern or carnitas style).

Anyone have some good non-dairy crock pot recipes? A lot of the yummy ones I see always have cream of chicken soup in it, and dairy doesn't sit with me well....boo!

I need more suggestions!
