Our insurance said they weren’t going to pay for it. So we called harmony and told them we’d be paying out of pocket. They offered us a reduced cost of $200. My dr submitted through my insurance anyway (not sure why!) and insurance ended up sending us a check for around $600 made out to the testing company . We also received an invoice for like 2k. I called harmony and they said to send them the check and we’d receive an adjusted invoice. We never got a bill. If you get a big bill/patient responsibility for these tests, call the company and see what they will offer you. I paid about $200 or whatever the company negotiated for when insurance wouldn’t cover - the nurse told me to just call them when I got the bill for the full amount.
