@Rainbow Sprinkles: I can take pills but the gummy ones are just so easy to take. I don't need water nearby.

I'm a weenie and like the gummy kind, not the swallow kind.

i LOVE Rainbow light multivitamins. They are plant based and pretty easy to find.

@kiddosc: I was actually told not to take prenatals unless ttc or pregnant/nursing. A regular multivitamin will do :)

I previously took New Chapter's Every Woman and now take their prenatal. I really like them a lot, I appreciate that they include probiotics.

@theonewhere: Thanks for the tip on their mailing list!

The difference is usually just iron. Since I eat a gluten-free, quasi-paleo diet, I have opted to take a regular multivitamin.

The one I take now is New Chapter's Only One. It's a little pricy, but there are frequent coupons if you subscribe to their mailing list.

@kiddosc: I'm switching mainly because we are done having children and I'm close to being done nursing so I didn't see a reason for staying with a prenatal.

Is there a specific reason that you're switching? I've heard that it's a good idea for women of child bearing age to continually take prenatals. I can't imagine that it would hurt at least.

I am planning to switch from prenatal to a regular multivitamin once I run out (which will be soon). Looking for recommendations since I've been on prenatal vitamins for almost 5 years I'm at a loss.
