@Awakemysoul: So great to hear that! I think weeks 12-18 were the hardest for me, as my symptoms started to let up, and I couldn't feel the baby moving yet.

I am so happy everything is good with you!!!

Well, turns out I am a bundle of paranoia. I caved and went for the viability scan. Everything is a-okay, in fact, I'm measuring a week ahead.

My symptoms let up around then too. Mainly the tiredness eased, as I didn't have much morning sickness. I remember POASing periodically throughout the first trimester because I was so worried (I didn't have my first appointment until 10 weeks).

Around 11 weeks my nausea started to ease and by 12 weeks my fatigue was decreased.

Totally normal. Same thing happened to me, and inevitably, the symptoms would come back.

Right around 12 weeks my symptoms stopped for a few days. I felt great and absolutely freaked out. Everything was fine though at my next ultrasound, and I started feeling crappy again shortly after.

Congrats, and welcome!

I'm 10+4, and my symptoms briefly let up around week 8. They've come back with a vengeance the last 10 days or so, though. All that to say that I think symptoms can come and go. But I second previous posters: if you're worried, go in. I was in on Thursday to ease my mind after I had some bleeding. No sense in stressing all week if you don't have to!

Good luck to you. And when you get a second, join us on the due date month boards!

@Mrs. Champagne: :) thanks. I really want to stick it out and go as planned next weekend for the 12 week scan with DH. Hearing others have similar experiences/worries is reassuring.

Literally could have wrote word for word what you wrote. Including the ultra sound past 6 weeks ! I felt the exact same way before my 12 week appointment which was also on a Thursday :) it went perfectly! Also got pregnant on our first try so thought it was all just too easy.

I'm sure everything is great!

Thank you for your responses. I always fear the worse, especially since so far it's been so easy. We got pregnant our first time trying.

It is normal for symptoms to go away around that time. I barely had any honestly. But if you're concerned I would go in. You'll just worry yourself sick over the next few days if you don't.

Good luck!

She gave me a requisition for an ultrasound to use if I needed. I'm torn, DH is at a conference so if I did, I'd have to go by myself. I'd feel guilty about hearing the heartbeat for the first time without him. Our anniversary is also on Wednesday, we haven't had the greatest luck (DH grandpa died just before our first anniversary, and last year his grandma took a really bad fall) so if something is wrong, I'd hate to associate that with our anniversary too.

I just worry I'm going to stress out about it all week. Sigh.

That's about when my symptoms started to let up. I had the same feelings! I had no signs I was pregnant and started I wonder if I still was. Just relax! Lots of women experience the same feelings. :)

Always trust your instincts though. If you really feel something is wrong see if your midwife can squeeze you in for a quick check!

Hello, new member, first pregnancy. I'm currently 11 weeks pregnant, and have had so far limited symptom pregnancy. Was exhausted the first couple of weeks and sore boobs which left and then came back. Some mild nausea, and threw up a few times.

Recently in the last 1.5-2 weeks the soreness and nausea have gone away. I'm still waking up to pee through the night and have the occasional pain/twinge/cramp in my abdomen, especially when coughing while laying down. I had an ultrasound at 6.5 weeks and saw the heartbeat (125 bpm).

I just can't shake the feeling that something isn't right. Next midwife appointment is Thursday and 12 week scan next weekend, I just am so worried the baby has stopped growing and my body hasn't caught on.
