<description>&#60;p&#62;I find that they are both true to size. My son wore a Columbia 2T when he was 1 so he got 2 a good winters out of it. He was a little bit swimming in it but gives room for layering. Winters here are kind of mild though so it's okay that the jacket is not snug.
