Haven't had a running nose bleed though. We keep our house humidity as high as possible without fogging up the windows, but I can't do anything about the humidity at work (I work in a hospital). My recommendation is to always keep a cool mist humidifier going every single night (if the air is warm, it's probably also dry) and keep a tub of vaseline next to your bed and COAT the insides of your nostrils before going to sleep. Not a pleasant feeling, but the idea is to keep the skin inside your nostrils lubricated and moist.</p> <p>It just occurred to me that maybe they're not being caused by dryness like mine are. But if you feel like the insides of your nostrils are dry (hard boogers rather than moist ones, ew sorry TMI) then it will definitely help to keep the skin inside your nostrils lubricated and the air around you moist. When you wake up in the morning your pillowcase should be damp. Oh the joys of pregnancy. I've only had a full blown nose bleed once since getting pregnant... but I pretty much never got them before. A humidified in your office probably would help.
