The dr. said that sometimes the hormones affect your sinuses or something like that. I felt like I had a sinus infection the entire time--along with a nosebleed. A neti pot/sinus wash really helped me. Is this a normal pregnancy symptom? I don't remember ever getting them with my first! I wonder if it's a combination with the dry/cold air or if I should be concerned. They are usually short-lived and usually occur when I'm in the shower in the morning. </p>
