<description>&#60;p&#62;Okay so its only been a week, I started work on monday and I wasnt sure how things would be since I was told I had to pump during the day,but due to several issues I was reluctant to pump at work. I still pump 3 times a day , 6.30am, 6pm and 11pm and then I breast feed 4 times a day, 6 am, 6.30 pm, 9pm and 11pm and so far my supply hasnt taken a hit, even though I have a 10 hour gap of no pumping or nursing. I basically reversed my night and day feeding &#38;amp; pumping schedules. Because originally I would pump and nurse during the day but wouldnt pump at night. So just because you cant pump at work doesnt mean you have to give up breast feeding. Although I do feel very uncomfortable during the day especially towards the end of the day, but wearing a sleep bra really helps because it stretches comfortably as my boobs fill up.
