Once she caught on, we started using real underwear, and then she'd only go through 1-2 pairs a day. I just bought 3 - 7 packs and 3 - 3 packs of undies for him to wear. I have a pair in my purse and I keep a pair in DH's car. When we first started we were going threw maybe 4 pairs a day.
