My babies never took more than 5 ounces, and 3.5-4 was more normal. So they wanted to eat every three hours or so. I think with six ounces she probably just really tanked up. If she hasn't eaten by your dinner time then you can worry!

Do you think the thrush is bothering her? If not then as long as she's gaining weight and having wet diapers then I think she's fine! 6oz is a big meal for a one month old so it doesn't surprise me that she was full for a long time.

My baby is 1 month and almost 11lbs. my baby does have thrush right now but overall is content and fine. She is on meds. She also is on nutramigen starting yesterday for gas and bad diapers. I've noticed some times lately she'll have days were she eats a lot and then days like today where she'll eat and then refuse to eat for a long time. Her weight is fine and is content and happy. Is this okay?

This morning she ate 6 oz at 9:30/10 am and then hasn't ate much since. Just an oz at 1 and STILL keeps refusing the bottle like she is full. Ive tired everything and she won't really eat. Changing type of bottle, warming the formula etc.
