I would call your physician, get the billing codes and ask for a pre-determination letter from Tufts based on those billing codes. Basically different documents say contradicting things and even the insurance rep was confused. </p> <p>Does anyone here have the Tufts HMO Advantage plan and was your NT scan and bloodwork covered?</p> <p>My Dr. didn't even mention that it was an optional test and after i asked she said if i opted out of it then i wouldn't get a single ultrasound until 20 weeks. Not even a dating scan. I'm currently 11w4d. This just seems ridiculous to me. </p>
