I know my hospital and nursing legislative body would come down pretty hard on you for breeching confidentiality like that. </p> <p>You would likely be on unpaid leave until they investigated, then they would investigate to see if there were any other breeches in your past, then you would have to go up in front of a review board. People were railing the hospital. It was an honest mistake, but people are cruel.
