It makes the biggest difference. I wear bravado under wire nursing bras and haven't had any problems with clogged ducts. I think getting professionally fitted is the key. The salesperson was able to tell me which bras would work and which ones wouldn't based on my body. It was so helpful! They do have thin straps but because it's racerback style they're very supportive. Plus they're nice and thick. I have 2 black and 2 white! I have been able to find some, but they were either underwire or had tiny straps. I don't want to do underwire bc of the clogged duct risk. I need larger straps to hold "the girls" up. I have 2 of the super stretchy bras, but I'm looking for more structure. Any recommendations? </p>
