I got used to using a large blanket. What worked super good was a lite weight sarong, especially in the heat of summer. Now with my singleton I still just use a blanket. I belong to a moms group and one of the mentor mins laughed and said it was nice to see an old fashioned mom who just uses a blanket. I laugh and told iesdbr old fashioned just cheap, I have plenty of blankets and didn't want to buy a cover. </p> <p>If I was goingto buy one I would go with the apron. What I liked most about it is that it didn't look like a nursing cover, it looked like a cute top! And as pps have said, a lot of babies will take hats off. Most of my BF friends use an apron style cover, the others use a blanket, or don't cover. It was light fabric so LO was not getting too sweaty.
