While I looked fine in it when I wasn't pregnant, it still fits me right now at 8 months pregnant because of the way the skirt and bodice is cut. Its a nice stretchy but thick jersey knit material that washes really well, the crossover would make nursing really easy, and it covers the pooch and hips. They currently have a short sleeve, sleeveless, and maxi option. I would probably go for the short sleeve or sleeveless dress, paired with a cardigan and tights or leggings.
