I wear regular clothes that allow easy access, and the ocasional dress that needs to be pulled all the way up. I do a lot of layers too, so tanks get pulled down while the top layer gets pulled up. I had some MilkStars clothes, but they werent worth it when my regular wardrobe was working just fine. Button-ups, v-necks, cowl necks, etc

I mostly wore nursing tanks from target and cardigans/sweaters I could easily pull up or down or unbutton. I avoided dresses that would have to be pulled up all the way to pump. I think button down shirts would work well too. I kept a stash of breast pads at my desk just in case too.

Milk Nursingwear has some pretty and comfortable shirts. The large fit me when I was a D cup, but now that I'm up to an E cup, the chest pulls weirdly - it takes some effort to arrange it so it's flattering. But they are REALLY roomy/floaty over everything else.

I'm slowly beginning to get back into the real world and will soon be going back to work. I'd love any recommendations for essential work or general wardrobe essentials that are nursing friendly.
