But, it did seem to affect my supply so I quit it and ended up drinking lots of hot liquids, trying to steam things out in the shower, and suck it up until it was over. Tylenol was ok but mostly useless. For the cold we just got over I used Ibuprofen for my body aches (taking warms baths and such are a bit more time consuming than I have), honey &amp; lemon for my throat, and a homemade "cough syrup" for my cough and nasal congestion.</p> <p>I also got lavender and eucalyptus oils and used those in a vaporizer and steamy bathroom.
