Hardboiled eggs or deviled eggs. Beef jerky. Mini muffins are less messy. Chewy granola bars. Those fig bars at Costco or fig newtons. Bagel sandwiched with cream cheese and turkey cut into quarters. PBJ sammies or any other meat and cheese sammy cut into halves or quarters. Cold pizza!

String cheese or cheese sticks are a good one. Or some granola bars or breakfast bars aren't very messy- c can eat nutrigrain bars without making too much mess.

My thought is muffins but they can be kind of messy.

Keep fruit cut up in the fridge so it is easy to pull out and snack on. Veggies and humus.

What is your go-to snack while breastfeeding? I am looking for non-messy snack ideas which I can eat one handed while nursing DD2. Need to be toddler friendly as I can't put anything in my mouth without DD1 needing to have a bite.
