I have small boobies even when nursing, but regardless, I don't nurse in a sports bra - I basically just put it on to work out, then take it off and change into a regular bra. I always just changed after. </p> <p>I did get a nursing sports bra by Rosie Pope that I really liked, but in a walking around type of support, not jogging.
