I haven't done it, but I know others who have. There are kits that you can buy, and I'm sure any decent seamstress could handle it if you aren't handy with a needle. I am still nursing 4-5x a day at 11 mo, and was just refitted: 32DD(D). In my earlier nursing days I wore 34D, before my rib cage shrank back down, and I still wear them now on the lowest setting, but they aren't ideal. I got a couple of Victoria Secret sports bras in my size for when I go to the gym, but they're no good for nursing. I've been using a Moving Comfort Juno in a 36DD (their largest size), to accommodate my cup size, but the band has gotten way too big. My best fitting bra right now is a Freya size 30G (US size 30I). </p>
