I don't know what changed for it to start hurting again, but things just got worse from there until I delivered. :(</p> <p>good news is that I had a huge chunk of time where it was comfortable!</p> <p>I nursed my oldest until the day my second was born and my milk never dried up. Sure, my supply went down a bit, but she was by no means dry nursing.</p> <p>There is a tincture by mother love called "more milk two " that is designed for use while pregnant and is completely safe for your baby. Like painful enough that I want to wean. </p> <p>Does it get better? </p> <p>I don't plan on tandem nursing so if he doesn't wean in the next few months then I will probably wean him. Is it worth sticking it out for now? </p>
