Started the transition again around 13 months and while he still had eczema it was fine (part of it was that he wasn't walking yet and would just rub his feet on the carpet while crawling). At 15 months, he had an oral dairy challenge and he passed so we switched to wcm. We switched to water at 1. We never introduced dairy again (as I became vegan during that whole journey). We do "water for hydration, food for nutrition", and our MD supports it. DD2 was still having reactions so she drank hemp and coconut milk for awhile until she started rejecting those. He got coconut oil in his oatmeal every morning to make up the fat he'd get from WCM and we did a vitamin D and calcium supplement. We're not sure if he's MSPI or has a dairy allergy, or what, but we did do a dairy trial (with yogurt) at 7 months and after 1 spoonful of yogurt he had blood in his diaper and was ridiculously irritable for the next few days. </p> <p>We'll obviously wait to get his pedi's opinion on what we should transition to now that he'll be 1, but wondering what those of you with littles that have been on Nutramigen have done? </p>
