There is a minimum monthly premium based on your total household income. We're about middle class and am payng $50/month for LO. Practically everything is covered! Dental, vision, NO copays, etc.</p> <p>It might not make sense for everyone but for us it does because I'm free under a single plan through work. Then my husband has health insurance through his work.
