I know the pictures won't be nearly as nice, but with a little effort I can do a great photo shoot too! It's not like wedding photography where you really need someone else who is a professional in charge. I even contacted the photographer that several NYC blogging bees used as their wedding photographer and she totally flaked on getting back to me with her pricing. </p> <p>I've pretty much decided to forego professional photography and just ask my friend who owns a really nice camera/lens to take the pictures for me for both maternity and newborn shoots.
