I told her I was preggo beforehand and she recommended that I didn't get a lactic acid facial. The one that I did get was great though, and she recommended a scrub that makes my skin feel like a baby's. Not very good. Nice setting, but the masseuse was way too gentle even though I told her to use more pressure! I don't know about their facials though! Some at Bliss, some at the Spa at my gym (Equinox on the UES.) Most facials are ok for pregnancy as long as the aesthtician (totally butchered that spelling) knows she is pregnant so no salicylic acid, etc are used.
