&#60;p&#62;Although a lot of the information is nothing new to many of us, I found the last paragraph re: reinforcement of traditional gender roles to be something I had never considered. &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;I'll be cheering for Ms. Shabo as she tries to push forward with sustainable public policies that support more parental leave! &#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;(Also, I apologize in advance if this article has already been posted to the boards. I check pretty frequently but of course there are always things that I miss!)
