Starting the day of that OPK we BD every day. We didn't stop until the day after O was confirmed by my temp (CD28!!!!). We were exhausted LOL. O day is usually around day 20 (which was earlier or later for those wacky cycles). LP is 12-14 days. I keep BD until I see the temps go up for a couple of days.
