They did send me for an ultrasound after because they were concerned that I was still bleeding at 6 or 8 weeks after my csection, can't remember.</p> <p>Sounds messy, I know, but they've seen it all! I was embarrassed about it so I waiting until the last second to remove my underware. I did bleed a little on the table. I'm sure your doctor sees it often (mine reassured me she does), so try not to worry too much! Both times I've gotten Mirena inserted, my OB requested that I come in while *on* my period. If you're bleeding a lot, I would just wait until they come in to take off your pad. Otherwise, I would just mention it to the nurse and they might put an extra sheet thing under you. I have my pp appt on Monday.</p> <p>My question , has anybody gone to the OB for your pp check while you were still bleeding? How does that work? Wouldn't you need on the table waiting for the Dr. our during the exam? </p>
