I've inspected them hundreds of times now for splinters, blisters, etc. And nothing. I just have no idea what it could be. Sometimes I'll just put some lotion or Aquaphor on to "do something" and maybe she'll stop. I don't think anything is wrong because she walks/runs just fine, and it's only when she's being changed. </p> <p>Anyone deal with a confusing behavior like this? </p>
