BUT, a friend has an Uppa Baby Vista bassinet she is done with. Do you think if I buy the converter meant for using the UB car seat with the City Select I could use the bassinet? The converter is only $20 so it's a pretty big savings. I could probably borrow a UB Mesa too to get more use out of it but frankly that thing is a beast... </p>
