I have woken up once since mid-first trimester - it seems to make no difference when I cut off liquids, etc. No one told me I'd miss out on a full night's sleep for 8 months pre-baby! It was actually much worse in the first tri (from my understanding this is because the uterus is still within the pelvis and is exerting more pressure on the bladder...or something). In the first tri it was usually 3x/night, sometimes 4 or 5.
