But I think the thing about pumping is that I am more consistent about it, doing it around the same time every day, every 3 hours while I'm at work. I would be fine supply wise if I didn't pump. But I've noticed an increase in supply since I've been back at work pumping. We just had a long weekend out of town, where I nursed exclusively, and my supply is down this morning from where it was before we left. </p> <p>Since I've been back at work and pumping, my supply has been increasing and increasing. That was my first clue. </p> <p>In case I was wondering, this has officially sealed the deal for me. </p> <p>Anyone else? </p>
