It's hub's space and right now, we're not sure how much we can keep down there (new house) so it's at a minimum of stuff. We're worried about flooding. Not majorly, just a little, but enough so that DH doesn't feel like making a 'man cave' yet. And as for the entry, it opens straight into the living room. No transitioning. So no good way to have kid friendly storage for stuff. Although I do need a place to put my keys and hold/sort my mail.... hmmmm....</p> <p>@FarmWifeGina: I'm pretty sure it is like the IKEA curse. Apparently I walked in with DH and just instantly started glowing with glee over everything. And let me tell you, folks, you can leave there with your car full for $100! But I'm at a loss as to what to use it on. Do I focus on the kitchen which will eventually have to be remodeled... Or under bed storage? Maybe concentrate on kid friendly storage? We just moved and I feel like we need one of everything!</p> <p>Where would you start? Bedroom? Kitchen? Office? Living room? </p>
