I watched them try to adopt a baby for year with no luck. They came very close a couple times only to have the birth mother back out for BS reasons (one said my cousin and his wife were too blonde and her child would feel out of place since she was hispanic). What they portrayed about failed adoptive matches is so spot on. The feeling of exhaustion and not being able to carry on with it all while missing important events in your actual child's life is right on. </p> <p>And it always seems that someone is announcing a pregnancy right when there is a failed match. It's like Murphy's Law of adoption.</p> <p>I wonder if Jay is going to be really anti baby and then there will be some discussion of the baby being raised by Cam and Mitch.
