I slept with a heating pad on my hips. I turned it on for a few hours before I got up for the day, after waking for a bathroom break. It allowed me to be able to walk the next day.

I don't have tips to make it better, but wanted to add that my hop pain started around that point and pretty much went away around 33 weeks or so. I think the baby must have shifted because all if a sudden I was so much more comfortable! It sucked for a few weeks, a lot, but then the last few weeks were fine.

Oh I've been there! I did the support belt and pregnancy pillow on my work chair. Those things helped some.

Ugh I'm so sorry!
For me, an SI joint support belt helped a little bit, the chiropractor helped a little bit, my exercise ball helped, and heat helped. Basically, lots of little things combined made it more bearable.

I had the pelvic separation thing w/ W, and I used a cheap support belt. It really did help! But if I get it again, I'm going to spend the money to get a better one.

I am with you! Right now I have seriously bad groin/adductor pain. To the point it almost throws me on the floor when i walk. I don't know what helps with this but I have just been trying to stretch a lot!

Going to the chiropractor really helped my hip pain. I started going twice a week around 28 weeks and by the end of my pregnancy was going once a week. They also gave me strengthening exercises to do, and I was relatively pain free when I delivered at 40w3d.

Ok, third pregnancy means pains happen sooner. My hips are killing me! (and as my husband quotes Shakira "and my hips don't lie") I am only 29 and a half weeks, and have so far to go.... does anyone have any tips for helping with the hip pain? Would a pregnancy support belt help this?
