I have wondered the same thing. It's good to know frozen milk is still good. Most of the milk in my freezer is from last month and this month. Since the milk loses nutrient value the older it gets, is it worth freezing it in the first place? Is defrosted breastmilk still more nutritious for baby than formula? </p>
