On their website it states up to 45 days. Honestly, I never knew it was 45 days until I decided to read the terms one day...some things better unknown lol. Give it a try. Don't mention anything to the cashier. Some of them don't even know the terms themselves. Looks like the policy is 90 days. Happy to report no problems at all! I've been doing this forever, I started shopping at Old Navy for my daughter since 2013 and had always use this location to return items. It was only recently I decided to read their return policy that freaked me out. The phrase holds true here "somethings are better unknown" lol. That said, I can't say for sure for all locations since some of you did mention they would give you a hard time. Also, I had one item that I bought in Sept 2015 and did not have the packing slip anymore, she said it would show up if I swiped my CC, but it didn't. So she said she can give me the lowest price which was $1.15. No thanks lol. So i asked if i could show her the email confirmation. She looked at it, gave me a refund of $16 but had to be a mail check. I had no idea, and I was 60 days past the order date. Even though I had my receipt, they would only give me the current selling price for my items. And, I will be getting a check in the mail (!!!!), only redeemable in-store. Luckily, my items were roughly the same price as what I paid for them, so I just returned them. What a pain, though! I used to work for Gap and I know that its tough on the stores when stuff gets returned after too long because they refund what you paid and then often have to put it directly on clearance based on current selling price. Just read on their site it is 45 days from day of purchase??? I could have sworn I waited much longer than that to return stuff in the past. This makes me nervous. I bought a lot of stuff over the holidays that either don't fit or just don't look good, and haven't a chance to go return them yet. Heck, some are still in an unopened box received a week ago.
