This was me a few months ago. Uppababy will send you a replacement for about $20! They don’t have it on their site but if you contact them directly they will send and it came really fast too. DS slept in it in and out of the house for the first few weeks. He’s always had a pretty big head and left a good dent in the mattress pad. I’m looking for a replacement but they don’t have them on the website anymore. I have emailed but am not hopeful.</p> <p>Any chance anyone ever replaced it with a good-fitting alternative? </p>
