So I assume it goes through the same process as the bottled kind in the store. I would think that all packaged dressings would have to be "cooked". You can't un-eat it, but if you go to Olive Garden just ask them next time to find out if their dressing has raw eggs in it. I learned that the hard way about assuming and will be asking for all salad dressings in the future. And yesterday, while at Sam's, we saw the dressing for sale so we bought some and had salad last night too. Then DH made my heart skip a beat by reading me the ingredients... EGGS! I assume because of it's long shelf life it is safe for me to eat but what about the dressing on Friday's salad? Anybody know? My mom tells me not to worry... Save my sanity. </p>
