@cascademom: yah we are in 4's too now (probably switched when he was 19 lbs even though the sizing starts at 22 lbs, T has a long torso and always outgrows them in length first).

@chrispygal: We have a boy, but have used Pampers Extra Protection ever since he was in a size 3 (maybe 9 months) because Baby Dry just wouldn't cut it for us anymore!

You can buy inserts too. I haven't done that, but was tempted before we moved up in size.

We switched to some labeled "overnights" and rarely have leakage problems.

I like the target generic diapers much better than baby dry. Baby dry leaked for us too.

Also, if she sleeps on her tummy, make sure that the front of her diaper is pulled up enough when you do a diaper change.

We use cloth but I've never had problems with Pampers Sensitive Swaddlers for overnight use. They get huge but no leaks!

Ugh! Same problem here! Going to try going up a size for sleep (this happens for naps too).

We use pampers night diapers that have a ton of extra absorbing gel in them. We cloth diaper during the day, but nothing other than disposable night diapers has been able to contain all of the nighttime pee! I don't know how she's ever going to be able to potty train for overnight...

I hated the baby drys! I stick with swaddlers and just go up a size at night. Never had leakage.

I used Seventh Gen for my DD and didn't have any leakage issues ever. I switched her to 4s when she was around 6-7 months old and she stayed in 4s until we potty trained her right before her 2nd birthday.
Some mornings her diaper would be crazy full!

Ok, so I read about folks saying their babies would leak overnight and I was all, psssh my baby girl has never leaked from her diapers. And now that she is older, I am eating those words! It's a roll of the dice. Some mornings she's fine and other mornings, like today, she is soaked from chest to knees. Seriously SOAKED. It's so gross. haha! We already use the Pampers Baby Dry diapers (which I'm going to try going up a size on). Who has any other good recommendations for girls?
