I used it when my kids were in daycare, because they aren't carrying anything anywhere and it has 3 separate compartments for meals.</p> <p>For this year, I've been using these for my girls. We just heat it up in another container around 6:45, pop it in and it is ready to be eaten for early lunch at 10:45am. It keeps my daughter’s soup pretty warm until lunch. It fits something like 4 chicken nuggets.</p> <p>The way they style it shows the compartments overflowing, that won’t close without smashing the fruit. DDs love soup, chili, mac n cheese, etc. So I love that I could heat it in the morning and it could be at least "warm room temp" by lunch time.
